<b> Kawamwaki Farm House</b> is a 1920s colonial bungalow with beautiful views over a meadow and indigenous forest. It is in a quiet residential area.<br><br>The house, which can sleep 8 people across 4 bedrooms, is fully staffed. Guests also have access to a living room (with roaring fire), TV room, large dining room and verandha with wonderful views. From there you can enjoy the private land on foot or horseback.<br><br>Ideal for a quiet family weekend away - not a party house.<b><br></b><b>The space</b>This small artist’s studio is about 100 yards from the main Kawamwaki Farm House - it includes a small twin bedroom and bunk beds as well as loo and kitchen.<br><br>It has a large open space, originally designed for an artist, but perfect for other activities. The studio has a view over rolling hills and has direct access to 40 acres of private forested land, with lake and waterfall.<b>Guest access</b>The whole property<br><b>Other things to note</b>This is a non catered let but we do have staff who can cook for you. If you require food to be supplied we can arrange at an additional cost. Suggest that you discuss with the house keeper prior to arrival. We will send you her number once you are booked.
