• Google profile data: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, profile picture, and a unique Google ID. We do not store your Google password.
• Contact information: Phone number and M-Pesa number when you provide them for wallet top-ups or referral cashouts.
• Listing and message data: The ads you post, messages you send, shop information, ratings, and interactions with other users.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and activity logs for security and performance.
• Cookies and local storage: We use these to remember your login state, theme preference, and referral codes.

• To process wallet top-ups, withdrawals, and promotional payments.

4. Google Sign-In

FungaDeal uses Google OAuth for authentication. We only access the profile information that you allow during the Google consent screen. You can manage or revoke access through your Google Account settings at any time.

5. M-Pesa Payments

Wallet top-ups and referral cash payouts are processed through M-Pesa. We collect your M-Pesa number only for the purpose of receiving or sending payments. FungaDeal does not store your M-Pesa PIN or financial credentials.

6. Referrals

When a new user signs up using your referral link, we record the referral relationship and the date of registration. This is used to calculate referral rewards and to prevent abuse of the program.

7. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and browser local storage to keep you logged in, remember your dark or light theme, and store temporary referral codes. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not work properly.

8. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share information only in the following cases:
